This is an interactive tour to guide you through the main features of the editor.
Start by selecting the CSV or Excel file that contains your invoice fields. After loading it, you can drag field names from the Inspector onto the canvas.
This will remove all rows from the current table and keep your columns in place.
These are the column names from your imported CSV/Excel file.
Drag any field onto the canvas to create a linked placeholder. When you export or print, each linked field will be replaced with the matching value from that row in your dataset.
Your PDF invoice template is now loaded.
Use the Canva/PDF button in the top bar, just to the left of Table, to hide the PDF and work on the blank canvas. Click it again to bring the PDF back.
Your invoice fields are ready. Choose whether you want to import a finished invoice PDF or build the template from scratch.
PDF import supports one page only.
Choose the structure that matches your invoice file. Click anywhere on an option to select it.
This preview uses your uploaded CSV/Excel rows so you can confirm how invoices will be grouped before continuing.
